Ingredients

1 whole Chicken 

1 onion 

4 units green onion  

2 garlic cloves 

200 cc White wine 

500cc heavy cream 

2 tbsp oregano 

1 tbsp grounded chili 

4 tbsp olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

Cut the onion into julienne strips and chop the green onion and garlic. 

Reserve the green part of the green onion for the end of the preparation. 

Preheat the Pan 5 minutes on maximum heat. Sear the chicken pieces and let them brown 10 minutes on each side, then reserve.

Add olive oil, the onion, the white part of the green onions and garlic, cook for 10 minutes. 

Put the chicken back in the saucepan along with the vegetables and add the wine. Cook 20 minutes over low heat. 

Add the cream and cook 10 minutes more. Season with oregano, grounded chili, salt, and pepper to taste.

Before serving decorate with the green part of the green onion.
