Cheese Quiche

Cheese Quiche

  • 150 grams of self-raising flour
  •  1 Pinch of Fine Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 125 grams of Boiling Water

  • 250 grams of Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Grated Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Pinch of Fine Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley Topping
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • diced 1 Fresh Basil
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place the self-raising flour in a bowl. Add the salt, oregano, oil, and boiling water. Mix with a fork until combined. Then knead with your hands. Let rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the filling. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Line the bottom and sides of the oiled skillet. Pour in the filling. Cover and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Unmold. Top with the diced tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil.
