WITH PREHEATING CROWN FIRE all cooking
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of 000 Flour
- 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Fine Salt
- 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 Large Egg Unit
- 125 cc of Milk
- 200 cc of Vanilla Yogurt
- 60 grs. of Butter
- To accompany Honey (or jam) Fresh fruit
Preparation:
We sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add the sugar. • On the other hand, in a bowl we beat the egg with the milk and yogurt. We gradually add the sifted flour and mix well (this mixture can be prepared in a blender or mixer). • Let it rest for 30' in the refrigerator. • Remove, add 40 g of melted butter and mix. • Transfer the preparation to a jug. • Heat the Griddle for 3' over medium heat. Brush with butter. •Pour the dough by spoonfuls forming discs of 6 to 8 cm in diameter. • Cook over low heat. When they are golden brown, turn them over. • Once golden on both sides, place them on the thermal tray and continue cooking the rest of the dough. • Serve warm, with honey or jam and seasonal fruits.
