For the cake: 

300gr. Room temperature butter 

300 gr. Sugar 

8 eggs 

1 tbsp vanilla essence  

300 gr. All-purpose Flour 

2 tsp baking powder 

½ tsp Red food coloring 

½ tsp green food coloring 

½ tsp purple food coloring 

½ tsp yellow food coloring 


For the filling:  

Necessary amount chocolate candy, gummies, etc. 


For the frosting: 

450gr. Cream cheese 

130 gr. Powdered sugar 

1 tbsp vanilla essence  

450 cc. heavy cream 


We beat the butter in a bowl together with the sugar until obtaining a creamy preparation. Add the eggs little by little, mixing after 

each addition and add the vanilla. Finally, we add the flour and the baking powder and mix. We divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and color each one with food coloring. 

We butter the Flip, pour the preparation and cook 15 minutes over corona heat (level 2-3).  

Repeat this process 3 more times and set aside the layers of the cake. 

For the cover, mix the cream cheese until it is soft and add the sugar and vanilla essence. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until it takes a firm consistency and then mix both preparations. 

To assemble the cake, cut a circle in the center of each layer with the help of a glass or a round cutter. Fill the layers with cream cheese and inside the hole in center of the cake, pour the candy and cover with the corresponding circle that was previously cut. 

We cover the cake on the outside with the rest of the cream and decorate it with crumbs of the leftover colored cake.
