Stuffed beef rolls


  • 10 beef balls
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 1 eggplant, julienned
  • 150 grams of blue cheese
  • Necessary amount of mustard
  • Necessary amount of fine salt
  • Necessary amount of pepper
  • 500 cc of tomato sauce


Place the beef rolls on a board, season, and brush with mustard. Fill with vegetables and cheese and roll up.

Heat the saucepan, lubricate with a little oil, and place the rolls with the closure facing down.

Once they are golden brown on both sides, add the tomato sauce and cook for 20 more minutes over low heat.
